On November 2, GRESB and its Premier Partner Paia Consulting are organizing an ESG Masterclass in Singapore.

GRESB is an industry-driven organization transforming the way capital markets assess the environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance of real asset investments. 850 property companies and funds, jointly representing more than USD 3.7 trillion in assets under management, participated in this year’s GRESB Real Estate Assessment. GRESB data and analytical tools are used by 66 institutional and retail investors, including pension funds and insurance companies, to engage with investment managers to enhance and protect shareholder value.

GRESB has a strategic alliance with PRI, with a joint goal to advance the disclosure of ESG performance in the global real asset sector and encourage the uptake of responsible investment and sustainability best practices.

The GRESB ESG Masterclass focuses on the integration of ESG aspects in real estate investment decision-making, and applying GRESB data and tools to assess and improve portfolio performance.

The ESG Masterclass aims for attendees to:

• Gain an overview of global trends and initiatives related to responsible investing and ESG integration;
• Understand the GRESB Real Estate Assessment framework;
• Comprehend the GRESB output analyses and performance metrics;
• Use GRESB tools and resources for effective engagement and insight into portfolio impact.

The program is appropriate for real estate investors, portfolio managers, analysts, finance specialists, investment advisors, and related industry professionals, and will be delivered via a 3.5 hour face-to-face group session.

The standard fee for registration is EUR 550. Additional attendees from an organization receive EUR 110 discount. GRESB Real Estate Investor Members and Global Partners are entitled to three (3) free seats. GRESB Real Estate Members and Premier Partners are entitled to one (1) free seat. Registrants for the ANREV Annual Conference receive a 40% discount. ANREV, APREA, PRI, CFA, CAIA members receive a 20% discount.
