Kwon Lee Head of Global Korea Estate Practice Group, Mayer Brown LLP Kwon Lee is Head of Korea Real Estate Practice and a Partner in the Real Estate practice of Mayer Brown responsible for Asia/Korea’s real estate investment overseas, especially into Europe and the United States. He is based in Mayer Brown's New York office. He has over 23 years of experience advising on a wide range of cross-border real estate transactions on sales & acquisitions of hard assets from commercial buildings, multi-family to logistics as well as debts deals such as B Note, Mezzanine and Senior Loans. He has advised pension funds, insurance companies, securities companies, asset management companies, construction companies, financial institutions; and has also advised conglomerates seeking investment into large scale overseas development projects. |
