ANREV Young Professionals Working Group Shanghai is pleased to invite you to a site tour on 19 April at Garden Square in Shanghai. At this tour, Mr. Robert Lie, CEO of City Square REI and Stephen Tam, Senior Director - Technical & Sustainability Services of CBRE will explain the certification process of the project and the idea to be one of the most environmental friendly commercial buildings in Shanghai.  This is a chance to know more how they manage the asset and an insight into the future of the real estate in Shanghai and other cities around China. Networking Drinks will be followed at Husk after the tour.
