ANREV and the Property Council of Australia invite you to our briefing in Sydney on Tuesday 28 March.
Investment in Asian real estate is picking up pace and the market is constantly evolving. Get ahead of the curve for 2017.
Ms. Amélie Delaunay, Director of Research & Professional Standards of ANREV will:
- share her insights on the latest results of Asia’s Investment Intentions Survey 2017; and
- analyse the investment preferences/trends of investors and fund managers by region, sector and strategy.
- Industry leaders will join Amélie after the presentation to discuss the survey impacts, and views on investment in 2017

Alexandra Gray Since beginning her property career in 2003, Alexandra Gray has worked with major institutional owners including; globally, Lendlease and LaSalle Investment Management, and in the Australian market, AMP Capital, Dexus Property Group and Mirvac. Alex’s property experience includes roles within investor relations, analysis, research and strategy functions, supporting listed, unlisted and private equity managers with diverse investment styles; ranging from core through to opportunistic. A Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, Alex holds post-graduate qualifications from Macquarie University’s Applied Finance Centre. Currently a member of the Women in Economics network, Alex has been a committee member of the Australian Chapter of the Asia Pacific Real Estate Association, the Urban Land Institute’s Young Leaders Group and is currently Chair of the PCA NSW Capital Markets Committee. Alex has worked within investment sectors in Australia including Retail, Office, Industrial, Apartments and Master-Planned Communities. With Mirvac since 2014, she manages a team of researchers servicing the aforementioned sectors as well as Construction, CIO Division, and Capital Partners. |
