Teo Wee Hwee Partner – Real Estate Tax Leader PwC Singpaore Wee Hwee is PwC Singapore's Real Estate Tax Leader specialising in the area of fund structuring, REIT and tax minimisation strategies for real estate and infrastructure investments across Asia Pacific. He has been with the firm for about 19 years and has advised clients on cross-border transactions including countries such as Australia, China, India, Singapore, Thailand, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Vietnam, etc. He is a frequent speaker on real estate tax-related topics and has spoken at several workshops and seminars organised by the Asia Pacific Real Estate Associations, the National University of Singapore and the Real Estate Developers Association of Singapore. Wee Hwee is an Accredited Tax Advisor, the highest level of qualification issued by the Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals. |

Anulekha Samant Senior Manager, Tax - Fund Structuring and Real Estate PwC Singapore Anulekha is part of the tax team at PwC specialising in structuring of funds with varied investment strategies and she focuses on real estate as an asset class. She has advised clients on cross-border real estate transactions which include countries like Australia, Japan, China, India, Singapore, Hong Kong and Korea. She has been with PwC Singapore for ten years and has tax experience from her time spent in India and Switzerland. Anulekha is an Accredited Tax Advisor with the Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals and is also a Chartered Accountant from India. |

Matt Feldmann Partner Clifford Chance Hong Kong Matt is a partner in the Funds and Investment Management group in Hong Kong and co-heads the Firm's Asian Real Estate Sector. He has been in Hong Kong since 1998 and is experienced in all types of private funds formation work (including hedge, private equity, real estate, mezzanine, and infrastructure funds), and advises on financial regulatory matters. Matt is fluent in English, French and German. He is a member of ANREV's Professional Standards Committee and chairs ANREV's Regulatory Sub-Committee. |

He is a US qualified lawyer with over 15 years of specialist experience in the funds sector and advises clients on the formation of and investment in a wide variety of private funds.
