As part of its commitment to support our members to improve their sustainability efforts, ANREV is a partner of GRESB, the global standard for sustainability assessment of real assets, including real estate portfolios and infrastructure. More than 190 members, of which about 60 are pension funds and their fiduciaries, use the GRESB data in their investment management and engagement process, with a clear goal to optimize the risk/return profile of their investments.

GRESB is running a Participant Training program between March and May of the 2016 Assessment Year. The training program supports all those involved in the GRESB Real Estate Assessment, providing detailed information and instruction on the assessment scope, process and methodology, including practical insights regarding the submission and the assessment results, such as the GRESB Scorecard.
