Amélie Delaunay
Director of Research & Professional Standards
ANREV
Amélie is responsible for the development and implementation of ANREV's Research, Performance Measurement and Professional Standards programme in Asia.
Amélie has 14 years of experience in the real estate industry and a strong real estate consulting background initially with Ernst & Young. She has been based in Asia for 8 years.
Educated at the Sorbonne in Paris, where she was awarded a post graduate degree in Urban Geography, Town Planning and Real Estate, Amelie also has an Advanced Master's Degree in Urban and Real Estate Management from ESSEC Business School in Paris.

John Dynon
Head of Separate Accounts
AMP Capital
John Dynon is the Head of Separate Accounts for AMP Capital, responsible for overseeing the management and delivery of investment performance of our real estate separate mandates and multi-manager portfolios. The Separate Account/LP team manage over $7 billion of AMP Capital’s direct real estate assets under management of $18.8 billion*.
The team invests into direct assets as well as unlisted funds and listed property, domestically and globally on behalf of AMP Life, major Australian superannuation funds, global pension funds, sovereign funds and family offices. John’s team is responsible for the design portfolio construction and management of tailored real estate portfolios focused on delivering the client’s specific investment outcomes.
Appointed in January 2012, John brings a career spanning 26 years in the property investment industry to his role, with experience of property cycles both onshore and offshore. Prior to this current role, John was the Fund Manager for AMP Capital’s Global Direct Property Fund, investing in quality diversified real estate across the UK/Europe, the USA and Asia. He has also been responsible for managing key separate accounts including AMP Life one of Australia’s largest Industry Superannuation Funds as Fund Manager of its direct property portfolio.
Commencing his career as property analyst, John has developed and managed some of Australia’s leading property assets and portfolios across the commercial, retail and industrial sectors, including four years as Fund Asset Manager for the Australian Core Property Portfolio, the oldest and one of the largest and best performing wholesale real estate portfolios in Australia. During this period, he was responsible for delivery of developments and asset management across Office, Retail and Industrial sectors throughout Australia.
John has qualifications in Economics and Law and post graduate qualifications from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management. He is member of the AMP Capital Property Leadership Team and the AMP Capital Executive Committee. He is a guest lecturer at the Property Council Academy of Australia and serves on the AMP Capital Infrastructure Investment Committee.

Trent Alston
Head of Real Estate
Challenger Investment Partners
Trent is Head of Real Estate at Challenger Investment Partners with more than 25 years’ experience in the real estate investment industry.
Trent joined Challenger in February 2006 and is responsible for its A$6.3 billion real estate funds management and investment activities.
Challenger is a relative value global real estate investor with investments in Australia, Europe and Japan. Challenger’s real estate activities include direct investments, listed investments, comingled fund investments and real estate lending. Trent’s responsibilities include the management and performance of the real estate portfolio for Challenger Life, an affiliated insurance company, as well as Challenger’s third party fiduciary clients.
Challenger’s Australian investments currently focus on core real estate across all subsectors and provincial States. Challenger offshore investments focus on Japan, where Challenger has been active as an investor in Japanese retail properties since 2006. Challenger currently has direct investments in 19 retail centers across Japan, in addition to assisting a number of offshore investors enter the market.
Previous to Challenger, Trent was at Colonial First State for 7 years, most recently in the role of General Manager, Wholesale Funds in the property division. In this role Trent was responsible for the management and performance of a portfolio of unlisted funds and client mandates valued in excess of A$8 billion. Prior to joining Colonial First State, Trent spent 13 years with Lend Lease, with a variety of roles in funds management, development and project management.

Libby Langtry is Vice President, Capital Markets at Forum Partners. She is responsible for all Capital Markets activities in Asia. Previously, Libby has held positions at AMP Capital and ING Real Estate. She has a diploma in Financial Markets from Kaplan Professional.

• Tony Charles is an Executive Director of Morgan Stanley and the Head of MSREI Research and Strategy.
• Tony recently joined Morgan Stanley and is responsible for conducting research on the global real estate markets to identify new products and investment opportunities designed to meet clients' investment goals.
• Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Tony led the Research and Strategy function for GE Capital’s Real Estate business.
• Tony received a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from the Securities Institute of Australia.

Susannah Bourke

Susannah joined ISPT in July 2010 and is responsible for investor relations and capital raising. She has experience in fund and asset management, strategy, capital raising and trust structuring in Australia and the UK.
Prior to joining ISPT, Prior to joining ISPT, Susannah spent 10 years in London, most recently working in strategy and funds management at Hermes Investment Managers.

Felicity Ambler

Felicity is responsible for capital raising, investor relations, business development and marketing.
Felicity has over 16 years’ experience that includes leading the Institutional Distribution business at APN Property Group in Melbourne. Felicity also spent six years in London as Director of Equity Raising, Investor Relations and Marketing at Swiss private equity firm, Corestate Capital and Aviva Investors focusing on European and Asian institutional capital raising.
Prior to this Felicity was at Jones Lang LaSalle, working within the Capital Markets business for six years in Melbourne, London and Dubai.
Felicity holds a Bachelor of Commerce and the Investment Management Certificate.
