ANREV's first China conference themed ‘China property investment – reality versus perception' was successfully held on 06 April in Shanghai where ANREV members, guests, investment professionals from the international and local non-listed real estate industry gathered at the Ritz Carlton Hotel, Pudong. The half day conference focused private equity real estate funds activities in China, examine what has changed in the past years and what opportunities lie ahead for investors to look out. We would like to thank our sponsors, speakers, attendees' for their support in making this conference a memorable one.
