Orion Partners

Steven heads Orion Partners' real estate business in Japan and is a member of the firm's real estate executive committee. He joined Orion Partners in 2010.

Steven has worked over 15 years in Asian real estate investment and funds management. Steven was previously Managing Director at CB Richard Ellis Global Investors, where he headed Japan investment operations and served as an investment committee member for the firm's Strategic Partners Asia real estate fund.

Steven studied economics at Gakushuin University on a scholarship from the Japanese Ministry of Education, earned a Ph.D. in Urban Planning from UCLA and a BA in Economics from Vassar College, and is fluent in Japanese.
