ANREV Briefing “2015 GRESB Results Presentation”, co-organised with GRESB, was successfully held at CBRE office Hong Kong yesterday. Mr Chris Pyke, COO and Mr Ruben Langbroek, Head of Asia Pacific of GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) presented the regional results of the 2015 GRESB Survey, the leading global benchmark that measures and evaluates sustainability performance of property companies and funds. Tom Miller, Regional Director of LaSalle Investment Management, Calvin Kwan, General Manager Sustainability of Link Asset Management Limited and Roger Platt, President of U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) also shared their experience and insights on this theme during the panel discussion.
