About the Event:

The Canadian Chamber of Commerce of Hong Kong and Urban Land Institute (ULI) invite you to a presentation by Mr. Guy Perry on smart cities. Cities around the world are currently under quick transition towards a low carbon environment, resource efficient economy and high quality of living. There is a growing importance of social and environmental capital in profiling the competitiveness of cities.

At the presentation, Mr. Perry will provide various case studies around the globe to discuss major challenges and potential applications to support smart cities and urban informatics. Last Fall, Mr. Perry received a ULI Global Award of Excellence for a project in Budapest which promoted a truly urban, healthy and low carbon lifestyle through programmatic diversity.
