Brian Hung
Senior Portfolio Manager
APG Asset Management Asia

Brian Hung is a Senior Portfolio Manager in the Private Real Estate Asia Pacific team at APG and is responsible in evaluating and executing new investments as well as managing existing investments in APG’s Private Real Estate portfolio across Asia Pacific.

Previously, Brian was an investment banker at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Global Leverage Finance team in New York and subsequently in the Asia Real Estate and Gaming team in Hong Kong. 

Brian received his BBA in finance and accounting from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

John Pattar
Partner & Head of Real Estate Asia
KKR

John Pattar (Hong Kong) joined KKR in 2018 as a Partner and Head of Real Estate Asia. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Pattar was the CEO of CLSA Real Estate since 2004. At CLSA, Mr. Pattar built a Pan-Asian real estate platform for the firm consisting of a value added fund, Fudo Capital with equity raised of US$2.2 billion and a Core Fund mandate with MEC (Mitsubishi Estates Corporation) managing US$600m gross AUM. He managed the day-to-day operation of Fudo Capital, property funds specifically targeting direct investment in real estate in Asia-Pacific. On behalf of funds and principals of CLSA Capital Partners, Mr. Pattar sourced and completed property deals in Asia of approximately US$5 billion.

Mr. Pattar has worked in Asian real estate markets for over 27 years; including South East Asia from 1992-1997, and in Hong Kong since 1998 covering principally North Asia. His extensive real estate experience covers property investment, development, capital transactions and asset management in China, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Vietnam, Taiwan, Thailand and Australia.

Mr. Pattar holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from King's College London, University of London (LLB) and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (F.R.I.C.S.).

David Green-Morgan
Managing Director - Asia Pacific

With over 20 years’ experience in the real estate industry, across both the public and private sectors, David specializes in delivering market-leading real estate capital markets data, research, analytics and strategies to clients.

Real Capital Analytics is the global leader in the collection, reporting and analysis of real estate transactions, with hubs in New York, Boston, San Francisco, London, Amsterdam and Singapore. David manages the business in Asia Pacific looking at real estate markets from India to New Zealand and providing up to the minute market information as well as macro trend and strategy insights to clients at the local, regional and global level. David’s expertise lies in the movement of capital across borders and between regions. His 20 years of experience is truly global having lived and worked within the real estate industry in London, San Francisco, Vancouver, Sydney and now Singapore.

Immediately prior to Real Capital Analytics David was at JLL and Cushman & Wakefield in Singapore and Sydney where he covered capital markets research around the world.  He started his career in the UK with Investment Property Databank (IPD), where he analysed the real estate portfolios of some of the UK’s largest private sector pension funds, using data and analytics to improve performance.

Nick Chukiat, CFA
Co-Head of Multi-Managers Real Estate APAC, Executive Director
UBS Asset Management

Nick Chukiat is a Portfolio Manager for the Multi-Managers Real Estate (MM-RE) team - a business which forms part of Real Estate & Private Markets (REPM) within UBS Asset Management.  He is responsible for investment selection and growing the client and product franchise for the Asia Pacific region. Nick is a voting member of the UBS REPM APAC Management Committee as well as the UBS Multi Manager Real Estate Global Investment Committee.

Prior to joining UBS Asset Management in November 2013,  Nick was an investment manager for AEW Capital Management's Asia-focused, value-added funds series. Prior to relocating to AEW's Singapore office, Nick was an investment analyst for AEW's U.S.-focused, opportunity funds series, based out of Boston, MA. Nick started his career at Barclays Capital in New York in 2005 as a credit risk analyst.

He is the Deputy Chair of the ANREV Events Committee and is a CFA Charterholder. Nick also holds a MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business and a BA from Dartmouth College.
