Alan Dalgleish FRICS

Chief Executive

ANREV

Alan is responsible for leading ANREV's Executive Office team and for working with ANREV's Board to implement the Association's strategic growth plans in Asia Pacific.

Alan has an extensive real estate background, principally in research, consulting and capital markets, having spent over 30 years working in real estate markets throughout Asia.

Previously, Alan was based in Singapore where he was responsible for the Consulting business line in Asia of CBRE, a leading commercial real estate service provider. Prior to that he was Country Manager in the Philippines for Colliers. He worked for many years in Hong Kong, for leading investor and developer Hongkong Land, a member of the Jardine Group of companies, as well as for investment bank Société Générale.

Alan is a graduate of Edinburgh University and arrived in Hong Kong in 1982. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a recent graduate of the Financial Times Non-Executive Director Diploma Asia programme. He currently serves as a non-executive director of GRESB, an organisation providing ESG benchmarking for real assets.

Amélie Delaunay

Director, Research & Professional Standards

ANREV

Amélie Delaunay is the Director of Research and Professional Standards for ANREV. She is responsible for the development and implementation of ANREV’s Research, Performance Measurement and Professional Standards programmes in Asia Pacific, including market information and performance indices, global surveys and promotion of best practices for the industry.

Amélie has more than 17 years of experience in the real estate industry and a strong real estate consulting background initially with Ernst & Young. She has been based in Asia for more than 13 years.

Educated at the Sorbonne in Paris, where she was awarded a post graduate degree in Urban Geography, Town Planning and Real Estate, Amélie also has an Advanced Master's Degree in Urban and Real Estate Management from ESSEC Business School in Paris. Amélie is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Daisy Huang

Associate Director of Research and Professional Standards

ANREV

Daisy is the Associate Director of Research and Professional Standards for ANREV. She is assisting Amelie in Research & Performance Measurement with a focus on index development and regular index publications.

Daisy has more than 10 years of experience in the real estate industry.  She used to work in Goodman and CITIC Capital and has been involved in acquisitions, asset management and investment management.

Daisy holds a master degree of Economics from the University of Hong Kong.
