ANREV Investment Intentions Asia Survey 2015
This lunch event was held in Tokyu Livable office on 28 January. Ms. Amelie Delaunay, ANREV's Director of Research and Professionals Standards presented the results of ANREV's Investment Intentions Asia Survey 2015. The survey examines the investment preferences of investors, fund managers and fund of funds managers in terms of location, sector and fund strategy as well as strategic views on trends in the non-listed real estate markets in Asia-Pacific for the coming 12 months.

Amelie is responsible for the development and implementation of ANREV's Research, Performance Measurement and Professional Standards programme in Asia.
Amelie has 14 years of experience in the real estate industry and a strong real estate consulting background initially with Ernst & Young. She has been based in Asia for 9 years.
Educated at the Sorbonne in Paris, where she was awarded a post graduate degree in Urban Geography, Town Planning and Real Estate, Amelie also has an Advanced Master's Degree in Urban and Real Estate Management from ESSEC Business School in Paris.
