Uncertain Global Economy : What is the impact on Global Real Estate Markets?

ANREV Korea seminar was successfully held in Seoul on Tuesday 24 March and Wednesday 25 March 2015. This was the third ANREV Korea seminar and as last year the event gathered representatives from the Korean institutional investor universe as well as other prominent players from the global non-listed real estate industry. 

Six years after the global financial crisis in 2008 the world economy is characterized by slow growth and secular stagnation resulting from excessive policies of austerity by major economies. This uncertainty is creating an entirely new context for strategic investment decisions. Therefore, under the theme “Uncertain Global Economy : What is the impact on Global Real Estate Markets?”, the seminar convened global opinion leaders to provide an outlook for Korean institutional investors who are actively investing in global real estate.
