Luke Zubrod is the Director of risk and regulatory advisory at Chatham, where he has led Chatham’s 5-year effort to elevate end-user voices within the derivatives public policy debate and to develop services to assist derivatives end users in complying with derivatives regulations globally.  In this role, Luke provides policy and technical advice to businesses, trade associations, and policy makers. Luke has authored numerous comment letters, white papers and articles, and he’s testified before U.S. Congress on behalf of end users. His insights have been featured in the Financial Times, the Atlantic, Bloomberg, the Wall Street Journal and other publications.  During his 13 years at Chatham, Luke has assisted business owners, CFOs, treasurers and capital markets professionals on managing over $200 billion in interest rate and foreign currency risk. Prior to leading the regulatory advisory group, Luke led Chatham’s advisory practice to U.S. public real estate companies, and he has also advised Chatham’s corporate and financial institution clients. Before joining Chatham, Luke worked as a management consultant at Deloitte. 

Christina Norland is Director of derivatives regulatory advisory and compliance at Chatham. She is responsible for Chatham's suite of solutions for derivatives regulatory compliance, which include consulting on the impact of global derivatives regulation, integration of compliance solutions with OTC or cleared hedging execution, and standalone technological services for clients, including reporting, valuations, portfolio reconciliation, and OTC collateral management.  Christina routinely advises private equity sponsors, real estate and infrastructure funds, financial institutions, REITs, and public and private companies on the impact of global derivative regulations. She also consults with key law firms, policy-makers, and industry groups to advise on the development of regulations, their implementation, and their impact on Chatham’s clients.  Prior to Chatham, Christina practiced law as a commercial litigation attorney at Duane Morris LLP. Previously, she worked in social science research at the Center for Research on Child Wellbeing at Princeton University. Christina graduated cum laude from Wellesley College and holds a law degree, magna cum laude, from Temple University School of Law where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Temple Law Review.
