The inaugural ANREV Korea Conference was successful held in Seoul on 27 & 28 March at the Grand Hyatt Seoul. It was attended by 250 industry leaders from Asia, Europe and North America. This Conference was well supported by Korean LPs which comprised 28% of the attendance.

The Conference theme 'New perspectives for Korean Capital' focused on the growing activities of Korean investors as they consider increasing allocations to real estate and investing for the first time outside their borders. It looked at the investment approaches taken by the larger and smaller investors, how to form the right partnership and best practice in corporate governance. Overviews of the three major investment regions and the best investment opportunities were also discussed at the Conference.
