ANREV is the Asian Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles.
We are a not-for-profit organisation with a membership base of over 200 corporate firms. We are the leading platform for investors in the Asia Pacific non-listed real estate industry, with the goal of improving transparency and best practice across the region.
Our agenda is driven by our members, who contribute directly to our data and research help to grow the quality and quantity of information available across the market. This ensures investors have the tools to make informed decisions for their Asia Pacific real estate portfolios.
ANREV is a not for profit association governed by a Management Board. The daily management of the organisation is carried out by a tea in Hong Kong headed by the CEO.
ANREV covers the Asian Pacific region from its office in Hong Kong where a dedicated team of professionals co-ordinate the association's output and services.
Members contributions and commitments are the main drivers of the Association’s development and success. Institutional investors drive ANREV’s strategy and make up around 20% of the membership.
ANREV was established to serve as a platform for institutional investors and to address key issues facing the Asia Pacific non-listed real estate funds industry. ANREV is committed to providing a forum for investors their managers and service providers operating in the sector to support its long term development as a competitive sustainable asset class.

The three regional associations, ANREV, INREV and NCREIF have signed a Global Alliance Memorandum of Understanding to advance the global agenda of transparency, accessibility and professionalism and increase harmonisation across the non-listed real estate industry.
This milestone demonstrates the commitment of the Asia Pacific, European and US markets to further strengthen collaboration and develop new projects to the benefit of our members.
ANREV is a not for profit association governed by a Management Board. The daily management of the organisation is carried out by a tea in Hong Kong headed by the CEO. Membership of the Management Board is via nomination by the Investor Advisory Council and together with those nominated by the board is confirmed annually at the general meeting.
