Each committee and focus group has a clearly defined purpose and members are selected on the basis of their experience and expertise.
Committees chairman are appointed by the management board, as advised by the Executive office. Their purpose is to provide subject-matter expertise and to initiate projects of interest and benefit to members, thereby support the Association in reaching its objectives.
Apply for a CommitteeThe Council's purpose is to represent Investors and advise the Chief Executive on relevant investor issues, to strengthen the influence, position and reputation of the Association amongst investors and strengthen the commitment of the global investor community by supporting growth in investor membership.
The Council's purpose is to represent Managers and raise issues of concern and interest to the Manager community with the Chief Executive. It is to grow the reputation of the Association amongst Managers by assisting in the growth in membership.
Supporting ANREV's research director, the committee advises on developing and producing timely and useful research reports.
This committee was established to create and manage the ANREV suite of indices and works to support their continual improvement.
The committee is focused on promoting best practice and professionalism by encouraging more consistency and greater transparency in fund reporting for the Asian non-listed property funds sector.
In order to support the drive for more sustainable real estate funds, this committee develops guidance for funds so they can incorporate sustainability issues into their regular reporting to investors.
In order to improve knowledge of the tax and regulatory aspects of non-listed real estate funds around the world, the committee works to keep members informed on developments in this field.
In order to promote agriculture investment as an investable asset class, this committee supports and advances transparency to the Australian farmland performance with the ANREV Australia Farmland Index.
The events committee is focused on creating valuable events with strong content for members around the region. The committee provides direction on sponsorship and marketing initiatives for ANREV events.
The membership committee offers advice on the recruitment of new members and ensures that existing members are receiving tangible benefits from the association.
The ANREV Young Professionals committee provides a forum for the junior leadership of our member companies to increase their knowledge of the non-listed property funds industry and to build up a network of peers.

ANREV has a number of Working Groups which are either more newly established groups or have been established for specific purposes.
The debt working group is tasked with expanding ANREV's remit into the debt area, in order to improve transparency, to provide a forum for participants to discuss topical issues and to provide input to the INREV Debt Fund focus group from an Asian perspective.
The group works to improve knowledge of technology in the non-listed real estate funds industry and to keep members informed of developments in this area.
