ANREV is a not for profit association governed by a Management Board. The daily management of the organisation is carried out by a team in Hong Kong headed by the CEO. Membership of the Management Board is via nomination by the Investor Advisory Council and together with those nominated by the board is confirmed annually at the general meeting.
The Annual General meeting is open to all members of the Association.
ANREV’s research and data report of its indices with performance measurement analytical tools are sourced regionally then merged to produce global equivalents with partners INREV in Europe and NCREIF in North America.

Management Board
The Management Board lead by the Chairman of ANREV comprises mostly senior representatives of institutional investors members. It is responsible for the strategy, finance and oversight of the Association, as advised by the Investor Advisory Council and the Manager Advisory Council.

Committees & Working Groups
ANREV's first priority is to serve the interests of its members and the non-listed real estate sector. ANREV achieves its goals largely through the effort of a number of working committees, composed of members who meet throughout the year.
