Kwon Lee is Head of Korea Real Estate Practice and a Partner in the Real Estate practice of Mayer Brown responsible for Asia/Korea’s real estate investment overseas, especially into Europe and the United States. He is based in Mayer Brown's New York office.  He has over 23 years of experience advising on a wide range of cross-border real estate transactions on sales & acquisitions of hard assets from commercial buildings, multi-family to logistics as well as debts deals such as B Note, Mezzanine and Senior Loans.  He has advised pension funds, insurance companies, securities companies, asset management companies, construction companies, financial institutions; and has also advised conglomerates seeking investment into large scale overseas development projects.

Martin Wright is the firm practice leader for Real Estate in Europe. He advises domestic and overseas clients on all aspects of property investment and development. He has acted on transactions involving some of London's highest profile buildings, including the Lloyd's Building. He particularly focuses on international investment and large scale urban regeneration projects including redevelopments at Canary Wharf, Paddington Basin, Stratford and Silvertown London, property development and head office lettings and disposals throughout London.

Admitted to the New York Bar and Paris, Bar Jean-Pierre Lee is a partner in the Banking & Finance practice of the Paris office. He works as a transactional lawyer in the areas of leveraged acquisition and other structured finance transactions; corporate mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and strategic alliances. He has recently acted in the €1 billion sale of a 27,000 sq. m. building on Place Vendome in Paris to Norges Bank Real Estate Management.  The property, located on Place Vendome in Paris, includes 80% office space and 20% luxury retail space.

Dr. Fabian Hartwich is a partner in the Frankfurt office of Mayer Brown’s Real Estate practice. He has considerable experience in the interdisciplinary legal advice of German and international investors, asset manager, banks, funds and family offices on real estate transactions of all sorts.  This includes the acquisition and sale of real estate assets (either by way of portfolio or single asset transaction) as well as the structuring of project developments, joint ventures, lease agreements and all other real estate related contractual relationships (e. g. asset management agreements, building agreements, etc.).
