What you need to know about the INREV Sustainability Reporting Guidelines

ANREV is pleased to invite you to join a webinar session on 25 April 2017 (Tuesday).

The INREV Sustainability Reporting Guidelines have been revised to form a disclosure framework that delivers meaningful data to increase visibility and insight into a vehicle’s ESG efforts and also details their next course of action for improvements. We aim to provide a coherent framework for ESG reporting in line with annual financial reporting from 2017 and present a clear picture from the vehicle’s strategy through to environmental key performance indicators.

At this webinar, you will receive updates and guidance on the implementation and consistent reporting methodologies the INREV Sustainability Guidelines with a session especially focused for Asian Investors.  You will also be able to raise enquiry or provide feedback regarding to the Guidelines at the end.

Presenter bio follows: 

  Etienne Dupuy
Invesco Real Estate
Managing Director – Asset Management Europe

Etienne joined Invesco Real Estate (IRE) in February 2014 as Senior Director, Asset Management - Europe, overseeing a team of 22 dedicated real estate asset managers across eight locations in Europe.
 
At IRE, Etienne is responsible for managing the activities of the asset management functions across its European business in order to maximise investment performance, efficiency and client service.
 
Etienne brings 21 years’ accomplished strategic real estate experience from across all disciplines, focused on generating performance for clients. His extensive knowledge of the pan-European real estate markets has been gained through a number of different market cycles and at high profile real estate firms.
 
Etienne joined from BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Services where he spent five years as managing director. Previous to this he spent nine years with AXA Real Estate Investment Managers. He started his career at Archon Group, an opportunistic and value-add Asset Manager.
 

Etienne is based in the Paris office and sits on IRE’s Investment Committees and European Executive Committee. He is also part of INREV’s sustainability committee.
